I live locally since 2000 and work for the military. 5 stars for consistent high quality service. All my family cars have been serviced at this facility. The facility is always clean and runs efficiently. All employees are dressed professionally and speak courteously. Low employee turnover. They warranty repairs. They demonstrate excellent communication skills. They provide reasonable estimates and educate customers about the specifics. They have always informed me by phone of further needs and time extensions. Conflicts are dealt with fairly, openly, and with deference to customer retention. I work with Jim, Al, Joe, or Kevin and it’s simple, consistent, honest, and fair. The Auto repair industry is difficult to survive as an establishment. They have a proven ethic and high standards which is why I keep going back.
